The Purpose of the Tree House Play Set is to entertain and to enhance fine motor skills.
Pros: This is a toy that will enable your child to use their imagination, while enhancing their fine motor skills. When fully assembled, your child will be able to see and reach the top of the tree house, as it stands about 42" high.
Your child will have hours of fun with the various pulley systems, and with the trap door, the porch swing, the retractable stairs, and the hammock. There are two wooden figures included. The top of the tree house resembles an actual tree, and other foliage is included for aesthetic purposes.
If you want your child to use their imagination, without stimulation such as lights and sounds, this is a great toy. However, if your child requires lights and sound for stimulation, and does not use their imagination well, they may become easily bored. It does have a slightly educational twist to it, in that your child will learn how to make pulleys work.
Cons: The parts of the tree house don’t seem very durable. Also, there are numerous small pieces that could be easily lost, and since the top of the tree house is wider than the base, it may not be very stable, and may tip over easily. Because many of the pieces are small, and can be easily broken, it is not suitable for children under 3 years old.

Value for money: The product is made of wood, and provides hours of fun, but it may be a little high priced for what you get.
